Employment:

• He had been the Director/National Director and Acting Director of three institutes , the CIFE, CIFA, CIFRI beside as an Acting Director of the Tropical Fisheries Research Institute, West Malaysia.
• He also acted as a Consultant to the World Bank/ Winrock International, USA/ Arcadis Euroconsult, The Netherland, Food And Agriculture Organization/of the United Nations Development Program, Rome, Italy. Project Coordinator/ Project Director/ Officer on Special Duty, Central Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture, Bhubanswar, India.
• Leverhulme Fellow, Post Doctorate Fellow, Environment Research Council Fellow at the University of Liverpool, U.K.
• Lecturer in Zoology, at the University of Ranchi, Bihar, India and also taught at the University of Liverpool, U.K. during the period he was abroad in the U.K.
